Buyer reviewVonda Sykes's name was attached to the Zillow information regarding the property in which we were interested; she returned the call quickly & was immediately invested in our best interests as a buyer and protecting the seller as well. We had a referral from a family member, but the agent called a few hours too late. All the finest attributes apply to Vonda -- and more. She was infinitely informed about the house in which we were interested and the nature of Tazewell County at its heart. She knows the idiosyncrasies of real estate purchase in the state and county. She has a gentle, accepting nature and quick sense of humor. I felt I could ask her anything and get a straight, helpful answer. I wasn't thrilled at first to deal with a "big" company; I was afraid we'd be neglected after we signed. No such thing happened, however. I came to feel as though Vonda was our next door neighbor determined to make sure we were cared for. We couldn't be happier!
