Christine Stultz, the group lead for Property Pros Group at CENTURY21 ProLink, began her real estate career in 2009, serving Sioux City, Sergeant Bluff, Le Mars, Dakota Dunes and surrounding communities. Licensed in IA and SD, she specializes in residential properties, relocation and settling-in services, acreages, and land sales. Christine has earned her Accredited Buyer Representation and Broker Associate titles. She has been trained in corporate relocation and has years of experience working with transferees for destination and departure needs. She is a lifelong resident of Siouxland and provides extensive knowledge of the area, neighborhoods, economic development and the local real estate market.

With more than a decade of real estate experience, she knows how to address situations before they become problems. Outside of work, you can find Christine spending time with her family. She enjoys reading books or being outdoors and boating on Lake Okoboji in the summer months. She is an active member of Sergeant Bluff's Community Development Corporation and has participated in several other volunteer roles through the years.
