I live in Sioux City with my husband, Nolan, and our three kids. My personality can be best described as very outgoing, unique, and motivated. In my free time, I enjoy gardening, cooking, camping, and spending time with family.
For several years, I co-ran a successful coupon blog that drew national followers. The blog even landed a morning TV slot with a local news station. Today, I leverage that social media marketing experience by helping manage Facebook pages for local charity thrift shops and similar stores. I take great delight in assisting others.

Buyer reviewWe were from out of state and referred by another realtor in the Lincoln Ne area to use Jessica. I couldn't have asked for a better fit. We were not able to come down and look at properties due to the weather. Jessica not only viewed our property of choice for us just after a storm with questionable roads and access, but she met the utility guy to get the water turned on before we arrived. All of this was just after she had a baby. She was calm, well thought, and professional even when I wasn't after having several fall outs during the deal. She always responded quickly and made time for us. Even though she has several other clients, deals, family, kids, and a newborn baby, it felt like we were her only clients. She is honest with tact and always seem to have a handle on things. I couldn't have asked for a better fit! I cannot thank her enough for what she did for me and my family. Jessica will always have a place in our hearts for going above and beyond.
