Buyer reviewJohn Goede worked to understand our need which was very specific. We were living in Colorado, so he took us on video tours of two properties to save us from unnecessary travel. He was very flexible and responsive throughout the process as we tweaked our need. He went far above and beyond our expectations based on realtors we have dealt with in the past. He thought ahead of our closing needs and procured documentation to avoid possible timing issues in our closing. He was in communication with our Colorado realtor and the closings of both homes went as expected due to his foresight. We are very happy with our home and highly recommend John Goede.
