I have been a licensed REALTOR since 1996. My career started in residential real estate sales, and now over 20 years later, I am one of the Broker Owners of CENTURY 21 ProLink and am the Managing Broker of the Sioux City and Le Mars office locations. What started as a part-time job became my lifetime profession.
I specialize in corporate relocation and have earned my Certified Relocation Professional designation and am a member of Worldwide ERC and the Relocation Directors Council. I personally train the CENTURY 21 ProLink Mobility team.
I believe in a robust training system and a constant learning culture. The role of the REALTOR carries many responsibilities and wears many hats. It is an honor to assist clients and work with my peers to help people achieve the dream of home ownership.

She always goes above and beyond what is needed for the situation which for us was 2 long-distance sales of cherished family homes which was very emotional for us. Lisa's communication is a very strong quality and she never left us with unanswered questions! Lisa was always in touch and always available which was not a small thing considering that the family members with which she was dealing lived in 2 different time zones and kept wildly different job schedules! Lisa negotiated us through some difficult prospective buyers and dealings with a very unprofessional agent from a competing company. Seller reviewOur family has delt with Lisa Croston for decades! We have always been impressed! However, previous dealings were always on site as we lived and/or occupied dwellings or land that she sold for us. THIS was a whole new ballgame as my brother and I live in Arizona and Minnesota and everything had to be done online. She dealt with our parents' high-end property that had over 100 years of family memories stored in it - a herculean task that she accomplished seamlessly and efficiently. LOTS of personal contact at each step! She really went above and beyond anything we could have anticipated! You absolutely cannot get better than Lisa Croston! She was a wealth of efficiency and help to us as she handled EVERYTHING which was a Godsend as we live thousands of miles away from the property being sold!

I only have wonderful things to say about Lisa. She went over and above in so many ways....i.e. coordinating with electricians for entry into the house and making sure the work was completed, getting a contractor out to work on a leak, working with the estate sale company, checking on the house regularly, regularly updating me, and more. Lisa is a class act, the best!! Lisa was great in regularly sending me reports showing me how many online vews the house had, having open houses and how many people came and their comments/interest level, showing with the potential buyer's comments. Previous experience working with Lisa when looking for a home in Sioux City. She listened to us and was great to work with. I was comfortable with her and trusted her.

Buyer reviewLisa's knowledge of the area and expertise at Iowa real estate were unmatched. She walked us through the process and also helped us get plugged in to our new community. We were moving long distance during the COVID pandemic and real estate boom. Houses were selling in 24 hours and we were 8 hours away. With Lisa's help we purchased a wonderful home that has everything we need. She also introduced us to people in the community, helped us find last minute movers when we had a snafu with the ones we hired, and helped handle all of the things we couldn't do long distance. What could have been a really stressful move turned into one of our best moving experiences. We have moved frequently over the last 30 years, buying and selling homes in several states and she is by far one of the best realtors we have ever worked with.
