    Tammi Goede

My husband John and I work together as TEAM GOEDE. Quality Customer Service is my focus! After joining my husband as a Century 21 agent a few years ago, I found that my 24 years' experience as a Customer Service Account Executive translated well to the real estate business. As a member of our team, I strive to uphold the philosophy of treating people right, and doing the best I can to meet...

    My Client Testimonials

Tammy and John conducted themselves with the utmost of professionalism. They kept me informed through the entire process and answered any questions I had in a prompt and concise manner. I will use and recommend their services for other such real estate transactions in the future. ~ Tom Stallcup
Tammi Goede knew what I was looking for and only contacted me when she knew of a listing that might work out. When it came to listing my property, she and John Goede made helpful suggestions and my house sold in under 8 hours for over asking price. Tammi Goede is knowledgeable and was very helpful in getting questions answered. Though, I really hope NOT to move again in the near future, I would certainly contact Tammi Goede for her services if they were needed. ~ Barbara Ambrosius, Spencer, IA

      My Community Involvement

      • A life-changing two years as a Peace Corps volunteer in South Korea, immediately after graduation from the University of South Dakota, led to my first community volunteer experience. We moved to Iowa, and Spencer, just in time for then-Governor Ray's decision to offer a home to Laotian and other refugees from Southeast Asia in the aftermath of the Vietnam War. John and I eagerly served on our church's committee to aid the family our church had sponsored. Tutoring them in English, which eventually led to employment with the local schools, was a wonderful way for me to apply the skills I learned in the Peace Corps. I also enjoyed participating in Spencer Community Theater and remain a great supporter and fan (though not on stage!). My love of music, especially singing, was fulfilled not only through church choir, but also membership in a national women's music organization. Our local branch produced an annual choral concert where we could all indulge our love of performance, and of course we invited men to participate. My husband John was always part of the show. Over the years I was active in the RIF (Reading Is Fundamental) project in Spencer through helping organize and work on an annual book sale. Since reading is my passion, that was a natural choice for me. Today, some of those organizations have gone away; but I find that the real estate business can be equally rewarding. We are helping people manage their futures, and being involved with our community's future at the same time!
