My Client Reviews
David and his team made both buying and selling a home a great experience! It didn't take him long to understand our wants/needs when shopping for a new home, and he was a great adviser when it came to price negotiations. He made suggestions but allowed us to be the final decision makers. He also made selling our previous home effortless with a signed contract in 4 days! We strongly recommend David Dorman and his team!
I've worked with David on a number of occasions and he is always professional and patient. I've also referred a number of friends to him as I know their experience with him will be stellar. I highly recommend David and his team to anyone wanting to purchase or list a home in the Central Florida area.

Thank you so much! I appreciate the kind words!
David's knowledge of the real estate market is exceptional. He can offer great advice to market and sell. Put your trust in David and Scott and you will be pleased an satisfied. No one can take photos and promote your property as well. This is an agent who is capable of handling any issue that may arise. The most important quality of this team is their quick response to any and all issues. They have helped me 2x and now looking to do it again. Definitely 5 stars +...

- With so many agents in the business how do you choose the right one? Many will tell you they are the best or "experts" in one thing or another. I prefer to just state the truth and let my past clients speak for me. I encourage you to read my reviews. They are real and unbiased. We use Zillow and RealSatisfied to get straight forward reviews from clients who have trusted me with their purchase or sale. These reviews are not editable so you will able to see the good, the bad and the ugly! I began my career in Real Estate in 1999. I started out in a boutique office with the owners name right on the door. Here I received some great training and support, but I released that no matter what I did, I would never get the clout I needed to succeed without a brand to support me. I moved my license to CENTURY 21 Professional Group, Inc in 2002. Here I received a ton on marketing support, not to mention a lot of brand recognition. Over the years, I increased my marketing efforts until things started firing on all cylinders. I gradually increased my production and invested even more into my marketing and education. I eventually earned my Brokers license and soon after, I was asked to become an owner / partner in the company. Joining the Brokerage as an owner gave me some further opportunities to mentor other agents in our office like I had received in my beginning years. At first I was worried that my new role might hinder my production, but that turned out to be the complete opposite, with 2013 and 2014 being two of my best years ever in real estate. I'm proud to say that in both of those years I was ranked in the top 100 for all CENTURY 21 Agents in the United States..out of roughly 65K agents. I also managed to gain the support of my community by being named in the top100 hot REALTORS in Orlando for 7 years in a row and counting. To date, I still invest a large portion of my income right back into my business, which allows me to properly market my sellers homes and also reach out to buyers around the world. My mantra has always been the same. "Take care of the client and the rest will follow". That means I don't worry about where my next check is coming from because I know that if I just focus on my clients, the rest falls into place. I really do mean it when I use the tag line "It's All About You!

Hi all! well my 2018 Resolution (one of them, anyway) is to BLOG!!!! So what do I have to say???? I have a lot to say as a manager of a real estate brokerage, so that is what I will talk about! So today I'm working with my really motivated agents to get them to set up Prospecting plans and actually follow them! Why is that so difficult in our industry? I think because it is something that can fall off the top of the priority list really easily

Where to begin... let's face it, we all have opinions on just about everything and many folks love to talk about real estate. I for one do have opinions and likely valid ones since I am a broker, but I don't always throw my 2 cents in. Instead of telling you the same old thing that other folks do, I thought I would pull some "nuggets" of experience and similar from my head and share some thoughts that don't necessarily apply to the buyers and sellers market, but rather common sense thoughts tha...
