Donna Silva Simon of CENTURY 21 Professional Group

I emailed Century 21 from Japan and Donna was the only agent to reach out to me. She helped me get a rental home in Orlando while I was stationed in Japan. It wasn't easy to communicate with the time difference but Donna was always there to work hard and get us a rental home. This showed me that she was loyal, determined, and extremely smart about real estate. She got us a great rental home in the Bellagio community in Kissimmee. She helped find home that had just come available and got us access to see the homes. This was not an easy thing in this community. She always did this with a positive attitude. After she helped us with a rental home, I didn't look for other real estate agents when I made the decision to buy a home. Donna was our natural choice. I did see other Real Estate agents you tube videos, however, they all came across as someone who would do well for themselves. They didn't seem like they would put my best interest first. Donna always put our interest first and was loyal. I appreciate that. This home was our first home buy and our dream home. I served in the Air Force for 20 years and we have never had the opportunity to buy a home due to the constant moves. Donna made visits to the home and took pictures to make sure it was being built right. She gave great tips on the local area. She was always supportive and questions contracts when things didn't seem right. I knew that she was in our corner. I didn't feel it, I KNEW it. That is the difference with Donna and other agents. You know she is going to do everything in her power to help you. She got the builder to fix a cabinet, cable outlet, and window on our pre final walk through of the home. The contractor was likely going to fix those items on closing day but we didn't want to wait for it. Donna got the builder to fix those items a week before the final walk through. It put our minds at ease and we felt better. It allowed us to enjoy our closing day without any worries. I am not sure other real estate agents would of have put the pressure necessary to get the builder to get the work done a week earlier. I feel that most real estate agents would of have let the work get done at the last second and we would of have went to closing stressed. Donna talked to me about my concerns and got them fixed. She also confirmed that the title company was good to ease our concerns over wiring the money for the home. She is the best. Donna was always trustworthy. As I have said in the previous questions she always put us first. I loved the process of buying our home.

I will recommend Donna Silva Simon from Century 21 to all my friends, Donna never forget about us and always looking for more property's until she found one was the perfect for us , Thank you Donna Silva Simon , thank you so much .
