We were moving from out of state and it was difficult sometimes to really get a feel of some of the houses we were looking at. so she would go to them and facetime us during a walk through. It really helped us to narrow down our decision. She went above and beyond to help us and to make us feel just as important as someone who was local and it really put us at ease.

We ran into road blocks along the way (the wife and I) but Sheila was there to provide the perfect solutions to our problems and didn't bat an eye. We even had to close on the house, in my hospital room due to an emergency operation I had to have and there was no other way to close, unless we postponed it. What did we do? Called Sheila, who arranged for a mobile notary to come to the hospital in less than an hour! What better service can you get!?!? We were able to close on time and get moved in the following weekend. We couldn't have done it without Sheila and you will find no better Agent, than Sheila Muniz. We definitely would use her again!
