Seller reviewWe used Lisa Mills to sell the Laguna Woods Village residence of my mother who had recently passed away. (We had previously also successfully used Lisa's services to sell my deceased mother-in-law's home a year earlier.). Lisa is an excellent broker. She came up with a sales plan and approach that resulted in our selling my mom's place for far more than I ever expected we would. Lisa was totally hands-on throughout the process from beginning to end, sheparding the prospective sale to successful completion. She was very communicative at all times, letting us know exactly what to expect and what the next steps would be. We were located out of the area, and Lisa handled everything locally that needed to be done to get the residence sold, from arranging any necessary cleaning and repairs, to unwanted personal property removal. Lisa made the entire sale process extremely easy for us. I recommend, as highly as I can, Lisa Mills' services. In a word, Lisa is great!!

Lisa was working with a very difficult family situation and handled everything in a very professional yet friendly way!! Her knowledge of the market and working with the Laguna Woods Ass. were both excellent. She knew exactly what the association required and was able to hold my hand through the process and get everything completed with very little stress for me!! Everything from how Lisa carried herself to the cleaniness of her office were top notch! I cannot say praise Lisa enough for her overall excellent job! Lisa extended herself in providing workmen who were able to clean, empty, paint and recarpet the entire home. I cannot think of another thing Lisa could improve on.. She is a true, honest, and hard working professional! Thank you!

She didn't hestitate in answering them. I didn't bother meeting other brokers. That's how strong impression she left. It was wonderful working with her.
