Seller reviewTanya is an amazing realtor and person. She is so knowledgeable, especially with rules and regulations in Laguna Woods Village where I lived. She has been so helpful in all areas - listening to my ideas, considering my needs, helping with logistics and repairs when I couldn't be home (or even when I was for support), and generally being an overall kind and caring human being. I met Tanya when she was selling a neighbor's home in 2019. My neighbor had dementia and Tanya was so patient and careful with her and sold her house quickly. I was so impressed with her that I asked her to help me sell my home. I'm so glad I did. Tanya met expectations in every way!

Seller reviewShe had a deep knowledge of the co-op/HOA, which was extremely helpful. Only worked with Tanyo. There was need to talk to anyone else. You couldn't ask for a more support and friendlt agent. Super helpful and response. Tanya was fantastic in every part of the process. She knew all the ins and outs of the Laguna Woods co-op/HOA. She set us up for success starting on day one when she first inspected the condo. She pointed out things that needed to be repaired immediately and gave a list of things to help prepare the unit for a quick sale.
