I would recommend Zachary Adkisson because he is a native Wimberley resident who is always familiar with the market. He will be honest with you on expectations and negotiate strictly to benefit his client, but realistically. He handles everything in a calm and professional manner. We had an offer on our home the same day it went on the market, mostly because he was responsive, took quick action and had the right professionals to help us get the price we needed and a little more. Don't have a single complaint. Thank you Zach.

My brother purchased this property from Zachary Adkisson (Zach) and wanted to sell using him. After my brother's passing, Zach was most helpful in getting house ready for listing. When offer received and accepted, the buyer wanted to take possession in 2 weeks. Zach was able to do everything the buyers requested done within that short period of time. I was very pleased with his ability to do this. It made the selling process so easy. As I reside in TN, we kept in close contact via text and phone calls. He was very thorough and patient with me. Very pleased and satisfied working with Zach. He was most understanding of the situation.
