Seller reviewJulie and her team provided a complete range of services. They went out of their way to accommodate us regarding open houses, staging recommendations, selecting an asking price that was different than what we had in mind, but proved to be exactly right. Julie also suggested other professionals, eg painters, carpet cleaners etc. who did excellent work at moderate prices. We consider Julie a friend and hope that we'll stay in touch in the future.

She was always available at a moment's notice to see a property and we really relied on her expertise of the qualities of the home to make our purchase. She had great working relationships with other realtors and made our offer stand out! She is now helping us to remodel our newly purchased home. She put together a budget for us, set us up with a whole team of local contractors, and has advised/managed this project the whole way! We were really nervous that we would be able to find a home that we really like in this crazy market. We absolutely love our new home and are so very very grateful for Julie's expertise in making our dream come true. Picking Jule Oullette as our realtor was the best decision!
