I cannot say enough good things about Isabella. We went from being house virgins to buying our very first house in about 2 months, during the real estate market prices of 2015! Isabella put us in touch with the right loans specialist to figure out our financials, since we did not even know whether we could afford to buy. Like all house hunters we had a long list of things our place had to have and she explained, very clearly and rationally, how the current market works, providing advice on how to tackle it. She encouraged us to look at the places that had everything we wanted so we could get an idea of the amount of money necessary to own one of those and then we looked at other places that were actually in our price range. We eventually found a 2 bd, 1.5 bathrooms apartment, just north of 85th, which allowed us to stay in Seattle and close to everything, 5 minutes from Greenlake and 10 minutes from Golden Gardens. This was also the first bid we placed and we got the place! Isabella is very straightforward in her recommendations and that definitely helps if you don't know how to navigate the house buying market. I also loved the fact that she is tech savvy and she never missed a beat, she was always ahead of everybody else and very well organized, presenting us with all the information we needed at an open house or gathering it within just a few hours. We always got a response from her within 24 hours and that made our home buying journey a whole lot smoother. I would not hesitate to hire her again if we ever move elsewhere.
