I am a self-starting person that has some great business sense. In work I am a perfectionist and detail oriented. I see the big picture as well as the small details. I see all my duties through to the very end. As I do have extensive knowledge in residential buildings and systems I can be of great value to both buyers and sellers. For sellers I can identify and advise on any posible building conditions that may be a potential problem with selling. I can identify and advise on potential problems for buyers up front allowing the buyer to decide whether to proceed or not on a specific property. Putting together my expert knowledge with a great office staff makes for a winning team to successfully bring all your real estate needs to a perfect conclusion.
