Seller reviewWe new of friends that were selling their home with another broker and was failing horribly with the sale of their home. They sought advice from Marla Mclaughlin who is a close friend. Marla was able to advise them on things they can do to get their home sold. Our friends home sold for asking price in just a couple of days with Marla's advice. We wanted the same advice and chose Marla Mclaughlin as our real estate agent. We had an offer 30k over asking price on the table with in 24 hours of putting our home on the market. The buyer then backed out of the deal 3 weeks into closing. Marla Mclaughlin immediately went to work (war) for us. We were able to claim 5k in earnest money and put the house back on the market. Our home sold within 24 hrs of going back on the market. Working with Marla, we got know each other very well, we now consider Marla Mclaughlin one of our good friends. Marla is a fighter. We highly recommend her as a real estate agent. She cares about her clients and goes above and beyond for them.
