Buyer reviewTed was extremely diligent every step of the way during the buying process, explaining each step of the way as we went through it. From the moment I talked to him about purchasing a home, all the way to the end he had my best interest as a top priority. We communicated almost daily as I was on the search for my home and then again as the whole process took place. He always let me know he was available to answer any questions at any time. I would highly recommend him to any & everyone. Even when someone else's offer was accepted on a house he was on the search for another house right away. In fact the day we learned someone else had their offer accepted on a house I liked, he had 2 more to look at that evening and one of those is the one I purchased. I owe it to Ted for finding my home!! Thanks!

Seller reviewI had heard some very positive reviews from friends who have worked with Ted on the sale of their home. I knew from the moment that Ted sat down with me to explain the process, that he was the agent I would be working with. He was very professional, honest, and explained in detail what the process would be during the listing and sale of my home. I have already recommended him to several of my friends and co-workers that are either in the process of buying or selling their homes. I will be purchasing another home within 2016, and am definitely going to be using Ted regardless of what Agency he is with at the time. I would recommend you hang on to this agent, he is great for business. I had no disruption to my life style, and Ted did a great job of representing my home to perspective buyers. The sale of my home had me very nervous in the beginning. I am not one to who likes to move around much even though I have bought and sold a few properties that I have never lived in. I must again say with the experience I had with my agent, that I may give the idea of buying and selling more properties more often. It was a pleasurable experience from the day I met Ted to the follow up call he provided even after everything was done and closed.
