Buyer reviewI was in a hurry and did not have much time. Start to finish, first finding the property and then closing, we did it in about three weeks. This was all due to Andie's Holzler's thorough knowledge of the local areas and her encyclopedic knowledge of the process. From offer and negotiation, to fund transfer and closing - I always felt that I was in professional hands. Andie is the best! Made everything seamless and was available all the time to answer my questions. Her expertise and practical advice were always on the mark. She is very professional, honest, and deeply cares for her clients. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Over the years, I have sold and purchased many properties. By far, this was the smoothest and most efficient transaction I have ever been through. Andie took care of everything including pointing me to the right local people to do the inspection, and providing assistance with the condo board interactions. She clearly went above and beyond and I would highly recommend her to anyone considering a real estate transaction.
