Being out of state he was very helpful on the phone and stayed in touch with me until I arrived. He knew what I was looking for and emailed me many listings. Because of his attentiveness, it never occurred to me to find another broker. Bill was very helpful, always polite and whenever I had questions, he would answer me right away. I would recommend Bill to anybody.
