Buyer reviewDarla Schroeder is quick to grasp what we like as her clients. She went through the list of properties we were interested in and she would comment about the pros and cons of each property. She also has a ready list of properties that we might be interested in. After choosing the property, Darla coordinated everything with the owner, lender, home insurance, home inspection team, etc. Since we were first time home buyers, Darla made sure to guide us every step of the way. She assisted us in tying loose ends. It was a pleasant experience in purchasing a house because we had Darla to guide us all throughout the process. I highly recommend Darla Schroeder to whoever wants to purchase a property.

(I was essentially purchasing this home for an adult son who was permanently injured on his job and could no longer work in his field of work.) Darla was very prompt in answering any questions and also keeping me appraised of any information or appointments. She really went out of her way to help me acquire a house which I felt my son would like and within the price range. I certainly would recommend Darla Schroeder. Also there is very helpful tools on her website to assist in looking for a home.

Before I finally put the property on the market in 2017, Darla gave me excellent advice on getting it ready it for sale. We made several price adjustments during the course of the sale, and Darla was agreeable to and helpful with each change. As real estate transactions go, the sale of my house was nearly flawless.
