Seller reviewSo much to say about Jeff and his character. This sale was a probate sale where the other co-owner did not want to sell. Jeff really endured a lot of headaches and hardships from that co-owner. As the other co-owner who witnessed first hand all that Jeff had to deal with, I was highly impressed by the way he handled himself. He still continued to be professional to all parties involved and did his job. Jeff is very friendly. He was available when we needed him and very respectful. I would highly recommend Jeff. I really want to thank Jeff for everything he did for us in this difficult situation. Selling a home with two co-owners is not an easy task and to add to Jeff's challenges, we live in NY so everything had to be done remotely. All in all, Jeff got the home sold for a great price. I am grateful to have had him as our Realtor. I would definitely recommend Jeff to anyone in Florida. He is a gem and really great to work with.

He also suggested we list it higher than what we intended too. We ended up getting over asking price and we closed within the timeframe we wanted. From the date it hit the market until closing was only 32 days(buyer had a loan). We are extremely happy with the service Jeff provided.
