Seller reviewWe were very pleased with the work that Kathy did for the sale of our house. She sat with us up front and built a plan. She executed against that plan and reacted when the market told us we were priced a bit too high. Once we got to contract she was awesome. Our buyer had asked for a very aggressive timeline and she kept everyone on track to hit that date despite the fact that Hurricane Irma rolled through during the 25 days that we had.

Seller reviewEveryone should have the privilege to have someone like Kathy Wilson to work with when selling their property, or buying. She went way beyond what was expect to make thing easy for us. As a builder and contractor of high end homes in PA I have dealt with a lot of Realtors. Kathy Wilson made this process smooth, and handled any that came up that needed taken care of. During this process I was going thru some health problems and it made it better to know a professional was taking care of things for me. I would recommend her to everyone as the best agent ! Thank you Nicola Camplese , Shirley Clark Would Love to work with her again! We were very Pleased with how Kathy Wilson handled the whole process. Kathy Wilson gave suggestion about staging property for the area. and pricing. She knew when to drop price when it was not moving. She had numerous open house. She had access to providers for repairs as needed, that were cost affective and timely.
