Seller reviewI TRUSTED Kay Smith after undergoing a most unpleasant experience with another agent from a different firm. He was untruthful, uncaring, disrespectful and I would NEVER use that company or that particular agent again. I will also use the power of word-of-mouth to tell others about my experience. Kay proved my trust in her to be a wise decision . Although my feelings toward the vile other agent have not diminished and my questions as to why the agency would permit him to represent them continue, her actions proved that he was the exception, and that there are very fine agents available.
