Seller reviewLinda is professional, personable and very knowledgeable. I was impressed at our first meeting. We were so lucky to have her as our real estate person. I would use Linda Wallingford again, without hesitation. I have also highly recommended her to friends and family. Linda is a tremendous asset to your company. I can not find one negative about her. Highly professional, very respectful, and just a delight. She was very comforting on a personal level, just lost my mom and she was empathetic.

Seller reviewWhen our decision was made to "Sell" our condo we actually were out of State. I contacted Linda, advised her we would be relocating to another part of Florida and we wanted to immediately list our property. She said, no problem, we will get the ball rolling for you! We signed our Contract she went into our Condo, did the necessary staging. She immediately started doing "Open Houses" each and every week until the property was under Contract and Sold. What more could an owner ask for from a Realtor?

I've already recommended her and she is doing an excellent job with that sale also. Linda also assisted me in the purchase of my new home, she made the transition easy for me.
