Selling it during the pandemic was a challenge and she even did a few virtual showings! Pat definitely understood our POV as the sellers and the negotiations for the contract felt like a breeze.

Seller reviewPat is highly regarded in the Mission Oaks community for her professionalism, expertise, experience in selling condos in the area and for her graciousness. Pat was efficient in handling all aspects of the condo listing and communications from buyer/seller agent. She did double duty when buyer's agent was changed! She was easy to work with regarding sale price and absence of a door key lock device which limited access to the condo. In addition, Pat gave me regular reports & encouragement on the status of the property before and after the contract was made. All in all, a delightful realtor!
