What made our sale particularly complicated was the fact that we had already moved out of state before the house was even on the market. Lauren was communicative and kept us in the loop with the progress of showings, etc. When we hit a potential snag after we accepted an offer (weird circumstance), Lauren was in the thick of things to get us back on track for sale.
