Seller reviewI was very satisfied with Pattie, and I hope that my comments show this. Pattie did an excellent job in all capacities. I would recommend her for any future clients. Ii began with an immediate offer shortly after listing the property. Unfortunately., that offer was retracted because of a byer unexpected family health crisis and ensuring financial problem. Although the purchase price was below the listing price, I did state a willingness to negotiate. Her performance was outstanding.

However, in handling the business aspects of the sale of my property, she was professional, and thurough. She takes each client as a personal friend, and treats them as such. Wouldn't consider using anyone else! Excellent! No other word describes her performance better than that. She handles her clients with integrity, and honesty. She will hold your hand thru any areas that may be unfamiliar to you, and at the same time, encourage you to understand the process.
