I grew up in the booming Richmond/Rosenberg area. I've experienced what it's been like to go from country living to the hustle and bustle of the current growth in the suburbs.
My past leadership positions in sales, marketing and customer service paved the way for my Real Estate career. My personal style is to COMMUNICATE WELL, show respect, kindness and compassion while my clients go through one of the most exciting times in their lives.

Seller reviewRuth Hawkins came in got the house ready for sale with good advise and sold home quick. Another house was up for sale on the same block and my house sold faster. Ruth seemed to have great knowledge of pricing property right in the area and would greatly recommend her and have already.
