Seller reviewI had to sell my fathers house, after he passed, as an estate. Jonathan gave us great recommendations on what to do before putting on the market. By the time we got it ready I was pleased. It was in move in condition and the new homeowner could do work on it while still living there. Most issues were cosmetic in nature with only minor upgrades needed. Jonathan looked at matching homes in the area as a reference for where the asking price and only bumped that up a little bit. We only had it on the market for like 2.5 days and got a great cash offer. We are praising God for the quick sale as my Dad's bills were piling up.
