Joe was always available and well informed. He partners well with his client and was always professional. He is also well focused. Follow up was excellent and timely. Adding all this up he was a solid team player and delivered. The Agent listened well. Understood my objectives and time table. Provided good direction and follow up. Joe was supportive and available when needed. Our sales process was lengthy however Joe stayed on task and worked collaboratively though out the process. As first time home buyers it was very comforting to know that we had an extremely knowledgeable agent with experience in our area. Joe Washburn was patient with us as we made our decisions and gave us plenty of advice along the way. Joe was very detail oriented during our showings and brought things to our attention that we otherwise wouldn't have noticed. This allowed us to make better decisions and end up with the best home we could find. Joe was also able to recommend a title company (purity abstract) and mortgage company (RMS mortgage) who ensured everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently. The entire team made sure the process was smooth and easy. I would recommend Joe Washburn to anyone looking for an agent who treats you like family rather than a number.
