I met Renee Tate in the community, as we both use our Lower Allen Township Community Park for the fenced dog area. We also live down the street from each other and kept in touch, bringing our dogs together for playdates in our homes. Renee had mentioned that she was a real estate agent and she mailed me her magazine, which led me to naturally turn to her when I saw a home for sale in an area I had been watching - to ask if she could do a showing. Renee is very conscientious about her work, and it makes a very big difference. She is extremely well organized, good at communicating and discussing even difficult topics. Renee is especially helpful to first time buyers in providing a framework and structure, including steps and deadlines for the process of buying a home - she knows her stuff, and shares it as needed. She was realistic about the market and prices in a way that was very useful and helpful for me in making my purchase. Renee is very notably ethical in the way she handles business, one of the hoghest recommendations I can offer. For time to time, when we ran into troublesome issues Renee mentioned she had discussed the issue with her broker. The input received and shared was always useful. Buying a home is a complex process, Renee really helped to make it easier!

Renee and I kind of go back a few years from working for the same company. I also work with her husband, and they are both honorable and trustworthy people. She was my first choice when we started our house hunting. What I like about Renee is that she is a type A person, a problem solver. Confident and assurant. She's an alpha if you ask me. Renee did not disappoint in any way. Always prompt in meetings and callbacks. Always on time, if not early. She addressed every concern we had.

Purchasing a home is a stressful and long process; it's doubly hard when it's your first home and you've got no experience with real estate and the many considerations that need to be made. Renee helped us from start to finish and we always felt like she had our best interests in mind. Her explanations of why, what, and how were straightforward and succinct.
