We will preview and discuss your home before it goes on the market to provide you with hints that can make your home more attractive to the prospective buyers.
As a Buyer's Agent I'll assist you in the search for your new home, negotiate on your behalf for best price, coordinate and all inspections, assist in the mortgage application process, and attend settlement with you. My commitment to buyers goes on after closing by providing a list of reputable contractors that can help if something goes wrong.
I was born and raised locally and know most of Dauphin, Perry, Cumberland, Juanita and York Counties. I'm familiar with rental properties and rehabs.
