Suzanne is a relatively new real estate agent (compare to the average agent population). We met her on the street near our property when she was knocking on doors to introduce herself and passing out business cards. We were impressed by her diligence and friendly attitude. We had used other agents before. We figured if she is willing to go around the neighborhood on foot she would most likely tried harder to sell our property. While most agents were backing off on open houses because of the internet, Suzanne did a few open houses and attracted quite a bit of traffic. Amazingly our house was sold in less than a month.
