I met Suzanne when I moved back to this area after being away for decades. She took the time to get to know me and my complex situation, and wanted to help me find a home that suited my needs. Suzanne Williams cared about me and wanted to find a great home for me, after I recently became disabled. She understood my complex situation and made it her goal to get me in the best house for me, while explaining how the real-estate market was currently working. I have a court appointed legal guardian which throws many individuals into a tailspin. People have no experience working with a guardian, and are unaware of all the complexities the guardian must operate within. Or maybe they are familiar with this but choose not to interact with a person that has a guardian due to the challenges and effort it requires. Suzanne Williams knew of this from the beginning and agreed to find me a home. It wasn't easy for her I know, but her kindness, sharpness, and her dedication to find me a wonderful home was paramount. Suzanne is a relatively new real estate agent (compare to the average agent population). We met her on the street near our property when she was knocking on doors to introduce herself and passing out business cards. We were impressed by her diligence and friendly attitude. We had used other agents before. We figured if she is willing to go around the neighborhood on foot she would most likely tried harder to sell our property. While most agents were backing off on open houses because of the internet, Suzanne did a few open houses and attracted quite a bit of traffic. Amazingly our house was sold in less than a month.
