Betty and I love to fish when we are not helping our clients find their American Dream. We believe in God and we honor our veterans. We thank all of them for their service. As a married team our clients love the double effort and what each of us bring to the table in terms of identifying the best value for our buyers and the best prices for our sellers. Betty holds the record for the biggest Silver Salmon caught in the Valdez Women's derby. Seller reviewJim Mosley and Betty Valdes were instrumental in getting us the price for our home that we wanted. They are great in helping to negotiate the small details and make sure we got what we wanted in the end. They were always there to lend a hand when we needed someone to check an item at the house since we had already moved out of state. Small things like driving by the property and noticing that a light was left on during a showing and making sure it was turned off to not waste electricity is why I recommend them to anyone coming to or leaving Alaska. I know Jim and Betty will take care of them like they are family.
