Raised in Montana. Moved to Alaska in 1981. Typical tale of American migration...Go West Young Man! Then North to the Future!Living in Alaska you almost can't help being into an outdoor activity like fishing or boating or hiking or bike riding or mountain climbing or skiing or camping or... the list goes on and on. I've done many of them over the years but have now settled on gold mining. We have a small commercial placer mining operation in interior Alaska that mines in the fashion you see on the popular television shows about gold miners. No one has gotten rich yet, but we're still trying!When selecting a Realtor try to find one that is not only knowledgeable, dependable and loyal, but is also easy to contact, and available when you need them. In today's real estate market timeliness is essential, and with work and home schedules as hectic as they are your Realtor's availability will be crucial in accomplishing your goals!

Seller reviewBrian did a great job as my agent when I was purchasing my property so it was only natural to go with him when it was time to sell. He did a great job during the process and we had a successful sale despite the factors outside of our control and last minute issues that came up. I had to leave the state before final signatures and he made sure everything went as smooth as it could. Even after the sale of the house Brian has continued to be helpful in the search for my next property.
