Betty and I love to fish when we are not helping our clients find their American Dream. We believe in God and we honor our veterans. We thank all of them for their service. As a married team, our clients love the double effort and what each of us bring to the table in terms of identifying the best value for our buyers and the best prices for our sellers. Most of all we listen to you and will do all we can to meet your needs and timing. We succeed in our endeavors to always have great sub-contractors that can handle any issue. We love to give tours of Anchorage, Eagle River, and the MatSu Valley. We are very happy to work for Century 21 and know that they have the best tools in the industry.Come fish with us and we can also show you some of Alaska's best places to play. Betty holds the record for the biggest Silver Salmon caught in the Valdez Women's derby. When we are not in Church or helping others buy, sell, rent, or lease a home, we do our best to share and enjoy lots of good time on the water. We have done business with them with selling and buying on three different occasions and all were easy and stress free because of who they are and how knowledgeable and helpful they are. They always checked in and made sure we were all good. They answered all questions and if they didnt know an answer, they researched and got back that same day. Both Jim and Betty were always easy to contact. They are amazing! I will definitely use them again in the future and reccomend them to anyone who is looking to sell or buy a home.

Tenant reviewJim and Betty Mosley were referred to me by a friend back in 2016 when I was preparing to move across the country to Alaska. We were able to find my dream home sight unseen and then were able to secure it weeks later in Alaska. More than that, when looking at homes, Jim and Betty went out of their way to show me all the ins and outs of Eagle River. Upon arrival from across the country, Eagle River already felt like home. Our first night in Alaska, the Mosley's actually showed up at our house with a bag of essential groceries and well wishes. Seven years later, I needed to find a house to rent in Eagle River that would be in the right school district AND would accept three large dogs. There was only one house in Eagle River that would rent to a tenant with multiple dogs and Jim was a critical factor in making that happen. I would recommend Jim and Betty as realtors to anyone looking for partners who are professional, responsible, caring, and friendly.
