Andrea is a native of Northern Virginia and has spent the last twenty years as a residential and commercial real estate agent. I often tell my clients that if they pick out a neighborhood chances are I have lived there! I love working in real estate but buying or selling a home can be a very stressful time for the client. I believe that whether you are a buyer or seller or if it's your first house or tenth, it should be a wonderful adventure. I help eliminate stress by good planning and guiding the transaction on a predictable timeline so there are no surprises. I work with my husband, Kevin who will manage the process and keep you informed every step of the way. When working with sellers we make recommendations in order to get top neighborhood pricing and to sell quickly.
