After being in DC for 20 years, most people consider me a native. I was born and raised in Massillon, Ohio and graduated from Kent State University earning a BBA degree in Accounting. After graduating, I worked as a Tax Accountant then pursued a career developing tax software. Then in 2004 I began my real estate career. Since buying or selling a home is one of the most expensive purchases you will make in your lifetime, it can be very stressful. As you can see from my career background, I am very detail oriented, so as your Real Estate Agent, one of my main objectives is to help alleviate your stress by taking care of the many details of the buying or selling process, so you can relax and focus on making the right decisions that will help you attain both your short and long-term real estate goals.

He points out factors about properties to help you consider many things related to ultimate satisfaction like traffic noise light resale factors how the floor is laid Kitchen ergonomics etc etc etc He is watchful during transactions and helpful you navigate the overwhelming amount of fine detail stuff. Supportive yet does not try to sway a buyer's decisions.
