Hi - I'm a native of Montana, retired military spouse, mom, grandma, Master Gardener and Certified Beekeeper. I've been a resident of Stafford, Virginia for over 16 years and love it. As a military family, we found the real estate world to be intimidating, overwhelming and less than forthright. So much so, we were never going to buy or sell another house. Infact, I swore I would stay far away from the industry. So why am I here? She picked us up and drove us to 40 different condos and townhouses to view. She's always there to give great advice and help you with anything you need. We had a list of things we were looking for in our property and she made sure to find us the ones that had them all. She is honest, caring, and dedicated to her clients. She is also extremely patient. We thought we had one thing in mind when we started and our criteria changed as we learned more. However, Dawna was with us every step of the way. The home we ended up buying was a home we skipped originally, but we trusted Dawna when she said we had to see it. She was right. Within a day or two she already had investigated comps in our area and had come up with a sale price. She was reachable at any time of day or night and never made us feel like we were a bother or that any of our questions were not valid.
