I partner with my daughter, Anne Albright who brings the technical and marketing savvy to our business helping to bring more exposure to every listing. Seller reviewDenise did an outstanding job. Our personal timeline for putting the house on the market got pushed out nearly a year. During this time, Denise periodically checked-in to see whether we needed anything from her. Along the way, we asked her advice regards "staging" and she would stop-in to help. Importantly, when we needed subcontractors to execute minor repairs and to paint the entire interior of the house, she gave us her recommendations. We used one of the the companies that she recommended, and they did an outstanding job - extremely high quality workmanship and attention to detail. Denise worked with every step-of-the-way. The results were great. She got us top dollar in less than two days. Her prep work prior to the Open House, including legwork of informing other realtors & potential buyers, clearly paid off.
