Edward Berenbaum graduated from Penn State University in 1997 and immediately moved to Northern Virginia and began his career in Real Estate.He worked with Richmond American Homes as a top producing New Homes Sales Agent and eventually as Divisional Sales Manager from 1997 through May of 2001.His career with Richmond American taught Edward two important things; He learned that he loved Real Estate and that the Real Estate market was ripe for innovation.After taking a year and a half to backpack around the world, Edward returned to the DC area and founded Redwood Realty in November of 2002. In 2006, Redwood Realty affiliated with Century 21 and now does business as Century 21 Redwood Realty.Through aggressive marketing, hard work & the help of two extremely understanding business partners, Redwood Realty has multiplied itself many times & now has three offices & 80+ agents generating more than $280 Million worth of annual Real Estate transactions.Edward currently acts as Century 21 Redwood Realtys Principal Broker for Washington, DC & Maryland, Managing Broker for the Arlington Office and Director of Marketing.He resides in Arlington, VA with his lovely wife Jennifer, beautiful & bright daughter Maggie, handsome & witty son Isaac and their two dogs. When he is not practicing Real Estate, Edward loves to hike, ski, cheer the Steelers and listen to live music.
