Hey, I'm Joshua, to me, relationships are everything, and as your agent I want to be able to build a business relationship that helps meet all of your needs! A few short years ago I was in your shoes, trying to find the house I loved, in a location I wanted, at a price I could afford. I spent my childhood building custom homes with my dad and found it challenging to find just what I liked. My first home set the stage for my career as a real estate agent and investor. I groomed my skills negotiating, and winning deals as a political appointee and refined them as an Army Ranger. This has helped me to build my own real estate portfolio and help many others in the, sometimes, daunting home buying or selling process. I found when crafting my first few real estate deals that I really enjoyed finding the solutions to complex problems, and in a highly competitive market it becomes even more important to be competitive. This all led to the joy of helping people like you either get the most out of selling your home, find a place you can call home or adapting a property to your needs!

Background: I own and manage investment properties in Northern Virginia and Missouri. I earned a B.S in Criminology and studied Arabic at Missouri State University. The skills to make our deals successful here have been developed through over a decade of experience as a legislative director and then military officer. I have purchased a house before but it has been awhile and the market was very aggressive when I was looking so I was a little nervous. Josh walked me through everything; there wasn't a single step that I went through without him informing me of what it was and what I should expect - and he was there for everything. I was very impressed with the amount of research he conducted on my behalf and time he put into finding a home within my picky parameters. Everything he did made the buying process very comfortable in a very difficult market. ...in fact, most buyers had to offer over asking price in this area to even be considered; I was able to purchase 30K under the asking price.
