Kitty was a top negotiator as a Marketing Communications Manager for a local manufacturer of scientific equipment. Seller reviewMy parents chose Kitty for a new home once they retired in 2003. My mom went back to Kitty in 2011 to downsize after my dad's death. My mom's passing in 2023 was unexpected: my mind was mush. I considered hiring a realtor friend, but I knew I had to go with Kitty. My mom loved her, and so do I. Kitty took care of every detail and taught me a lot. She even boxed up some of my mom's collectibles to donate. Her go-to contractor Lorenzo did amazing work to make the condo perfect. I felt confident that the new owners of my mom's home would be happy. Kitty is more than a realtor; she will become your friend. I like to rent in DC, but Kitty makes me want to buy in VA!

Buyer reviewKitty was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and highly organized. She kept me on task with dates and deadlines. She filled in the gaps for my buyers inexperienced agent. She also attended both of my closings which not all agents do. Kitty caught a huge mistake on my lenders part that saved me thousands that I may have never caught. She's the best!! If you want a true professional she's the one.
