I do not have the experience of working with her on the buying end, but if it's anything like what we experienced selling our house, I would also recommend her if you are looking to buy in this area. Kristin is a true professional. If you want the job to get done in a superior, timely, and efficient way, then she is the one for you 10 out of 10 times. Determined, dependable, approachable, knowledgeable, and energetic are five adjectives that define Kristin. She has the game plan set up, but she is extremely flexible and more than willing to listen. There is no one else that I would even consider to sell my house.
