She is always patient and willing to go the extra mile, whether it is finding information, or services to help with the various things or adjusting to our schedules. She also has really good insight on strategy, location and presentation, was a tremendous help with selling our house and finding us a new home, all while juggling our kids and various moving needs. Lauren is also very genuine, and does care about what we want, she is always willing to listen to our priorities and find options that meet our needs.

Buyer reviewLauren was so kind, helpful and professional throughout this entire process! We knew early on we were moving, so Lauren helped us look at a lot of options. Since we were completely unfamiliar with the area and the market here, Lauren's knowledge about Frederick and the housing market was extremely valuable and important to us. Without her we may not have considered certain options or ended up in the home we did, which we feel was the perfect match for us! Lauren treated us like family, and did not miss a beat to make sure things went as smoothly as possible. We are so thankful for her! I'd also like to mention that Lauren was available to us whenever we needed her, and more than a few times this was very last minute! She got showings lined up for us whenever we needed to make a quick trip up here so that we could make the most of our time traveling a long distance with our toddler. She even offered to help watch him while we checked out houses if he fell asleep during those long afternoons of showings! When I say she treated us like family, I really mean it. We are so appreciative of how attentive and how timely she took care of us!

Seller reviewAs an active member of the community, Lauren knows and cares about Frederick. With her demeanor and real estate experience my home sale was more pleasant than I had expected. The hardest part was prepping, packing and finding a new home. I was moving to a different region of Maryland, so I hired a different buying agent. After signing with Lauren she checked in with me weekly to see how the new home search was going. She gave me pep talks when I felt discouraged, and advised me when other realtors weren't playing by the rules, which are somethings my buying agent didn't do. I would recommend Lauren to anyone buying or selling a home in Frederick.
