Buyer reviewAs we all know home buying can be very stressful, but that stress is ultimately alleviated when you have the help of someone of Linda's caliber, experience and expertise. She made the whole process smooth and fun. In a market where the homes were selling as fast as you could see them, she fought hard to get us in the right home and in an extremely timely manner. Linda was extremely knowledgeable about the areas we were searching for our home. We had lender issues that put the sale in jeopardy, but Linda did everything within her power to push it along and ease the seller's mind. Due to her expertise and guidance we had FIVE offers in four days once we placed our house on the market. Two of the offers were OVER the asking price. We were indeed excited about the offers. She guided us through that process to help us make the best decision in accepting the offer. She was indeed valuable in the entire processing and closing as well as purchasing our new home. She knew the local housing market well and was always courteous and professional, and not afraid to be direct to advocate on our behalf. We had some twists and turns in dealing with our finance company and the closing on the home and through it all, Linda was with us every step of the way. She was hands-on and a true jewel. I would NEVER use another Agent and HIGHLY recommend her for your real estate needs.
