Buyer reviewYou can depend on Maria to come through for you at the most critical time! On the same day of having our initial meeting with her, she managed to get us in to see the house that very evening and helped submit our offer that evening, which was accepted. Maria is incredible at handling communication with the seller's agent and building rapport with them. Due to her great negotiating instincts and great lending team backing her (she suggested we offer a short close for the sellers which clinched the deal), we were able to get our dream house at list price with a loan and appraisal contingency! That is unheard of in the Nova market where SFHs go pending in a day, and it shows Maria is really a cut above all the rest in navigating it for buyers.

She was patient with me while we looked at several homes and helped me find something that checked all my boxes within my price range. Then when I found my home, she negotiated tirelessly until we got the best deal. She communicated with me during the whole process, giving me updates and answering all of my questions. As a first time homebuyer, I trusted her to fill in any (and there were several) knowledge gaps, and she totally exceeded my expectations.

I was able to save money as she referred me to a 2nd lender which I ended up using and was amazing, but also negotiated a seller credit that I didn't think would be possible to get back due to lender change. Maria truly embraced a customer first approach, often reaching out with updates, as well as truly having my back on industry knowledge I wasn't as aware of. She's quick to respond, was there with for appointments that she didn't necessarily need to attend, and was there for me the entire way. I probably wouldn't work with or refer anyone else to work with in the future! Maria is a true professional, great agent and amazing to work with!
