Their sales approach with stylish staging, state of the art photos and 3D tour, along with multiple open houses exposed our property to a large number of interested buyers. We received multiple offers and Maura was able guide us through the process with effective clear communication which resulted in a quick sale above asking price. A dream!

I was able to close early due in large part to her hard work. She is responsive, quick, detail-oriented, honest, trustworthy, logical, has access to lots of resources and contacts, and knows how to get stuff done. She was upfront with me on the aspects of the home buying process and was willing to tell it like it is, which I think really helped me in the purchasing process as a first time home buyer. One of the biggest ways in which she came through for me was knowing how to beat an opposing offer on the place I was vying for without having to give up an arm and a leg. She is a great negotiator and won't encourage you to make ridiculous offers in order to obtain a place. Would gladly use her as my agent again in the future!
