This market has been quite difficult for many buyers, but Trina remained positive and helpful throughout the process. Indeed, it felt that we were her only client, as she consistently responded to our questions at all times of the day and showed us properties at the drop of a dime. She showed us over 40 properties and submitted 9 offers on our behalf over the course of three months. Her real estate knowledge was also invaluable. She knew which questions to ask for when submitting an offer, which permits to verify on each property, and how to spot red flags. I will only use Trina when purchasing any real estate in the DC area!
