She is the mother of 2 adult children. She was so friendly, hopeful, and encouraging for me through the whole process, from beginning to end.

Vicki never allowed this agent's behavior affect our experience. She remained professional, at no point did she seemed stress and she was very pleasant to work with. During the home purchasing stress, it can be easy to get caught up in the emotions. Whenever I wanted to stress, Vicki directed me in the opposite direction. She was positive and encouraging. I really appreciated that attitude!
